“Relaxing, modern beachside accommodation”

Pros: Pet friendly - as long as you inform owners that you are bringing your pet. Nice beach walks. Modern. Relaxing

Cons: You need a car to get into Hastings, Napier etc

The Seaside retreat was a gorgeous place to stay and really central to Havelock, Napier and Hastings. The accommodation was a lot bigger than our impression of the photos - this was great as we did not feel we were in each others way and the interiors and bedding were very contemporary and homely. Great outdoor areas to enjoy the sun. Beautiful walkways along the seaside and river. Wish we could have stayed a week or more! Great place to stay with our small Beagle as the beach was on our doorstep. Owners very accommodating.
