Pros: Amazing scenery and something for everty level of fitness
Cons: Not buggy friendly
We did the Donnelly Flat Loop walk with our four year old (he managed to walk the whole way) and a 1 year old in a back pack, for once the signs are accurate with the time it takes (40 minutes). Amazing scenery, we will definitely go back for another visit, the weather is very changeable being so close to the Tararuas so go prepared. The sign said dogs must be under control, I think that would mean leashed although I saw a few who weren't. Camping area is right by a river, looks like it would be great in summer.
