DogMog recommends that members follow some basic rules to enable pet owners and businesses to get the most benefit from DogMog.
DogMog is a great way of showing customers that you take feedback and criticism seriously. Customers want to be heard, but these days they don’t really expect anyone to listen. So when you do reply it’s important to make it a positive experience. Negative feedback or criticism should be seen as an opportunity; an opportunity to talk to your customers in a positive way and to make improvements to your business.
The best way to counter negativity is to create positive Word of Mouth. Try to get to the source of the problem and specifically address the issues.
