Lyall Bay Beach
Designated dog exercise area from the steps in the seawall, opposite 30 Lyall Parade (200 metres from the eastern side of the children's playground) to the airport end of beach. Fairly busy road running along the beach but sand dunes block it from sight.

Kio Bay beach
This beach is really only available to use when the tide is out. There is a lower-then-road-level walkway around the bay, but that's about it. It is a lovely place on a fine day, but a little bit pointless as a dog exercise area. I don't know if...
