“Store reps need to calm down”

Pros: Everything you need for your pet under one roof. Convenient location. Loyalty scheme is good. Sales are good when they are on.

Cons: Some items are a bit on expensive side and you can get products at lower cost else where

We visited store just before Xmas. Generally we like animates because you do get rewarded for spending money there. Just before Xmas it seemed like all the store reps were in "hyper" mode as we were approached by 6 different store attendents asking if we could be helped. This gets annoying after a while especially when you just want to browse stuff in peace. Good on them for trying to give best customer service they can but then they should also be observant and note that a customer has already been attended to. In general they are pretty good so it may have been a xmas rush thing.

Have noticed that pricing has gone up since Xmas - probably a credit crunch / petrol price thing.
